One of the difficulties of trying to do a lot with your limited time is focus but I'm going to try and split and learn on my own regardless.

  • Motivation and Goals

This past weekend, went to Wingaersheek beach as well as Karen Huskey's wedding. The more photos I see of myself the more motivated I get to lose the weight. It starts in the kitchen and it also helps to get some cardio. Hit 2 miles today although it took 24 minutes. With time, that number will get better. Diet-wise -> less carbs, more care with calories. I need to do the meal prep to ensure this. Tonight will be lifting things up and putting things down.

Karen's wedding venue was outdoors in a courtyard behind the building. You'd walk in to drop off the envelope, sign the log (an actual log cut into a circle), and walk into the courtyard in the back. About 150 chairs were set up and further back was an expansive tent with scattering of tables around a dance floor. Who wouldn't want a live band to help with setting the mood. And luckily gorgeous weather to boot. Met up with the guys in Boston. Zon came back from Cali, Kevin from whereever he's been at, Jess, T.V., Kiet, Elliot, Angela, Naveen and his fiancee, Dan, TT, Steve + Alicia, J.Ngo, Jeanne, Christine, Melissa, Heidi, Devin, Paul, and Lillian.

Why did I write all those names? Challenging my memory I suppose.

The wedding venue was in Topsfield which is only 20 minutes from my house. Incredibly close. I didn't hang out with Zon as much as I would have wanted to but he's in town for the next week or so. I should take advantage of that.

odd problem when I play tennis competitively. If my opponent looks like similar to a famous actor, I will lose. For example... Mr. Miyagi or Rob Cordry from the Daily show.

  • Is it ever OK to slap a woman?

A Romanian teacher is accused of abusing children, gets investigated by the cops but slaps a cop when he confronts her about the allegations

She also slaps the cameraman which isn't shown in this video.

I never hit a woman but my friend thinks differently

"If you want to hit somebody, you need to understand that they are entitled to hit you back. Gender should not have any relevance in this. You cannot freely go around slapping and hitting guys just because you are a woman and they should just let you assault them. Equality means you take the same lumps you give. It does not mean that I advocate going out and smacking a biatch for no reason and calling that protecting their liberation"

Is it ever OK to slap a woman?

/You never slap someone wearing glasses!
// Notice how he didn't have to tell her twice? (j/k, j/k!)
